1 cup heavy cream

2 tablespoons sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 cups fresh blueberries

1/4 cup flour and 1/2 quart whipped cream.

In a large bowl, mix together the heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form. Add the blueberries to the whipped cream mixture. Mix in half of the flour until the fruit is covered. Then, spoon out about 2 tablespoons of the blueberry mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish that has been lined with plastic wrap. Spread evenly on the bottom of the pan. Top with about 1/4 cup plain whipped cream and then another 2 tablespoons blueberry mixture. Repeat the layering process two more times until all ingredients are used up ending with a layer of plain whipped cream on top. Cover the blueberry icebox cake tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
