A cake with a dessert on a plate

With so many delicious no bake paleo desserts available today, it’s pretty hard to imagine anyone needing to eat any other way. Before you toss your spoonfuls of cake mix into your mouth, just take a moment to think about how unhealthy most of the foods you’re eating right now are. For example, one of my all-time favorite easy paleo recipe is called almond butter chocolate chip cookies. This recipe calls for organic unsweetened almond butter. Unsweetened almonds aren’t bad for you in general, but you should be aware of the potential health issues related to eating too much of them. Almonds contain a lot of polyunsaturated fat, which is bad for your health in general.

Another ingredient you’ll find in this amazing paleo recipe is coconut oil, which is very similar to olive oil. Coconut oil has a lot of health benefits, including its ability to regulate blood sugar and cholesterol levels. It also contains a great deal of healthy fats and is very similar to the saturated fats found in olive oil.

One of the most important things you need for this delicious recipe is mixing all the ingredients together before you place them in the pan. Then just run a wooden spoon through the mix to smooth out any lumps. Now your no bake paleo chocolate almond butter bars are ready to enjoy!

Then take a measuring cup and take one tablespoon of the coconut oil and place it in your measuring cup and then pour it into your large skillet. You will now begin to heat the oil in the skillet over medium heat. Allow the oil to lightly heat up. Once the desired temperature has been reached, turn off your oven.
