Ingredients:

½ cup walnuts

2 tsp ground cinnamon, divided

Two tsp unsalted butter, melted

 ¾ cup honey, divided

2 tsp orange zest

½ cup roasted salted pistachios

6 tsp sugar, divided

One package frozen puff pastry

Directions:

Heat The oven to 400 degrees F.

Now, use cooking spray to coat muffin tins.

Mix walnuts, orange zest, pistachio, 3tsp sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon in the food processor.

Finely ground them.

Stir remaining 3 tsp sugar and ½ tsp cinnamon in a bowl.

Place pastry sheets in a single layer and put some flour on the surface.

Roll each of them in a rectangular shape of 12X9inch.

Brush them with butter and top up with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Cut the rectangle shaped sheets.

Now, twist the strips and form into a nest. Tuck the ends and seal it firmly.

Ingredients:

One cup packed light brown sugar

¾ cup (1½ sticks) unsalted butter, melted

1 cup chopped roasted almonds 

1¼ cups sweetened shredded coconut

4 ounces chopped semisweet chocolate

¾ cup heavy cream 

2 pounds prepared pizza dough

Directions:

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

Slightly coat using cooking spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish.

Mix sugar, cream, and a half cup of the butter in a medium saucepan.

Boil it and keep stirring until sugar melts for around 2 mins.

Remove the heat.

Pour one cup of the sugar mixture into prepared baking dish.

Spread almonds evenly on bottom of the baking dish.

Take pizza dough and roll out in a rectangle of 12X10 inch.

Melt ¼ of remaining butter in microwave.

Brush the dough with butter and sprinkle chocolate and coconut on it.

From a long end, roll up each rectangle and pinch it together.

Cut into 6 slices.

Place them in baking dish.

Now, bake and rotate them in halfway, until golden brown for about 25-30 mins.

Let it cool for 5-8 mins and serve and coat it up with sugar syrup.
