Golden Oreos: 1 package

Cream cheese: 1 block (softened)

Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

White melting chocolate: ½ cup

Sprinkles

The method is quite simple with these five ingredients. Firstly, you need to get the Oreos finely crumbled using a processor. In a bowl, add the crumb and blend with cream cheese and vanilla. Now, use your hands to shape the dough into small sized balls. Freeze these balls for at least half an hour. After this, melt the white chocolate as per direction and coat each ball with it. Place the balls in a parchment paper and add sprinkles as much you need. Store in the fridge and enjoy any time you feel like.

Lemon Cream Pie

A lemon-flavored tart can make the summer more enjoyable. If you are a lover of tarts or if you have guests to arrive, preparing this simple recipe is really satisfying. Graham cracker crumbs: 1 ½ cups

Sugar: ¼ cup

Unsalted butter: 6 tablespoons

Sweetened condensed milk: 2 cups

Powdered sugar: ½ cup

Mascarpone cheese: 8 oz

Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup

Fresh lemon juice: ½ cup

Fresh lemon slices

To start with this recipe, combine the graham cracker crumb with butter and sugar in a bowl. Now, fill the pie plate with the mixture and press it tightly. Now, combine the Mascarpone cheese with sugar in a bowl and the cream with sugar in another. After this, blend the two mixtures together and add condensed milk to it. Pour this mixture in the pie plate, which was kept in the freezer during this step. Again refrigerate the pie for at least 6-7 hours. Now, take it out and add a coat of whipped cream and thin lemon slices for garnishing. Cut into slices and enjoy this delicious dessert with your friends and family. You can keep this recipe in the refrigerator for a maximum of a week.
